Manoj Muntashir, co-writer of the recently released mythical epic 'Adipurush,' has announced that certain dialogues in the film will be altered. This decision comes in response to complaints from viewers who expressed concerns about the use of slang terms in the Ramayana-inspired drama. 'Adipurush' has undergone a significant revamp after facing delays due to fan dissatisfaction with the visual effects.
In a statement posted on Twitter, Manoj Muntashir stated, "One of the fundamental lessons from the Ramayana is to respect every emotion. Times change, feelings remain. I have written over 4000 lines of dialogues for 'Adipurush,' and while some sentiments were hurt by five lines, I fail to understand why the praise for Lord Ram and the reverence for Mother Sita, which were part of those numerous lines, were overlooked. It deeply saddened me to witness my own brothers using disrespectful language towards me on social media. These are the same individuals whose beloved mothers I have praised countless times on television through my poems. It made me reflect on the sudden bitterness that seemed to have clouded their hearts, causing them to forget the compassion shown by Lord Ram to every mother, just as he did with Shabri and Kaushalya."
