Situated on the 4-acre plot of land, the property also boasts an indoor basketball court with a viewing center and gym, a full-sized tennis court, a private golf course, and an in-ground pool with a guest house directly next to it. Aside from the modern luxury the property features, there is also a heartbreaking story. A New York stockbroker purchased the property from a well-known architect in the 1940s, and him and his wife and daughter called it home. However, one fateful day his daughter went missing, and a large search party was called to find her whereabouts, resulting in no positive findings. As the search was about to be called off, her body was discovered in a forest nearby with a shotgun lying beside it in a forest nearby.
