Furnace does not blow at all… only a single flash on the control board

Well out of the blue, our RV furnace stopped working yet once again. Almost one year ago we had the sail switch fail. This time nothing was working. Blower was not blowing, there was basically no sign of life to the furnace heating unit. THe circuit board would sound a loud click along with what looked like a spark then the board light giving a single blink with three second pause. To give a little bit of background of the furnace, we have a 2018 Keystone Cougar 310 rls 5th wheel with the Dometic/Atwood AFMD35-131 furnace. When it stopped working I checked the following systems and components: Thermostat - working properly Fuses - no blown fuse Power to the furnace - multimeter showed 12 volts to the board. Breaker reset switch on the furnace - working properly. Sail switch - working properly but was not an issue because the blower wasn’t blowing. Fan motor - Working properly. Control board - Now there in lies the problem… I couldn’t find any tutorials on how to check if the board is faulty. I did, however, find a number of forum message boards that said that the control board on the Atwood furnaces are notorious for having a high failure rate and that Atwood is known for using cheap circuit boards that are made in china. I did call a local RV part and repair shop and found the actual board that Atwood uses for $150.00. Also, following the forums I discovered a company called Dinosaur Electronics that has a universal controller board that is made in the USA and has an incredible track record for reliability and it came in at $96.94 on Amazon. It included free shipping with a Prime account. You pretty much saw the entire repair in this video. In other words… It was a simple fix.
