I finally figured out how to do the cutscene ultimate moves after playing this game for 2 months. However, only Sonic has the ability to do these moves, I checked with other characters and they didn't have them but that's cool. The only forms of Sonic that have an ultimate extras are Base, Super, Ultra, and Hyper Sonic. There's one addition tho...Hyper Sonic has a bonus ultimate when in Light Speed mode (fully charge his spin dash just like in Base and Super). He also has to be at half health or less to do his ultimate extra, along with Ultra Sonic.

The controls are: Down + Forward, Down + Forward, Forward + A + B

(My controls are set to my Smash Flash 2 keyboard setup so I have to do D+F, D+F, F+A+S but it's still relatively close)

It took me a couple of tries to get it right, especially when I'm actually fighting someone but it's hella worth it.
