ESN to Single Hand Spey // Near Instant System to Change Strategies

This is my favorite "Coldwater Trout Rig" if I'm heading out for a day of wading and want to be agile in my presentations.

Rod: Beulah G2 Platinum 10'8" 3 Weight Rod
Reel: Lamson Guru 5+HD
Running Line (used as my euro fly line): 25# RIO Slick Shooter Running Line
Skagit Head 175 Grain OPST Commando (150 is best for most ESN rods)
Sink Tip 15' of T-8 (most casters will need to use 7.5-10' to learn with)
Euro Leader: 3' of 1X RIO 2-Tone Sighter Material 5' of 5X Tippet (plus tippet ring at the end of the sighter, and one for the 2 fly junction).
