Maverik X: Scalable AMPP-native Switcher

Maverik X is a fully AMPP-native compute-based switcher that has no restrictions. The only restriction is how much GPU that you have. For instance, if you wanted to build a 10 M/E switcher, it's nothing more than a pull down. If you wanted to build an M/E that has 10, 11, 12 keyers to it, it's just another pull down.
