Here is an update on John at week 14 post-operatively following a Right leg Achilles tendon repair. This week we are focusing in on his tendon strength and mobility, aiming to help him increase his overall calf bulk and strength and progress him through the 26 week program.

Note the heel drop on the isometric and eccentric calf raise work - a key element to get right.
