ADU's in Vancouver, Washington can be built larger in 2025!

Accessory dwelling units - frequently called ADU's for short - are governed by local housing and zoning laws. Starting in 2025 with the adoption of the new Comprehensive Plan (and the resulting zoning changes and code implementation) the maximum size for a conforming ADU is increasing from 800 to 1000 sq. ft. in Vancouver, Washington!
