Today's recipe is Anday koftay.It is very easy to cook at home with basic ingredients and it is finger licking tasty. INGREDIENTS:
ANDAY KOFTAY:

STEP 1 Meatballs / Koftay
- 700g ground Mutton or Beef (Keema)
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic (Adrak Lehsan)
- 1 medium Onion
- 3 Green chilies
- 1 tsp Red chili powder (Lal mirch)
- ½ tbsp Coriander powder (Dhania powder)
- ½ tbsp salt
- 1 tsp oil

STEP 2 Prepare Masala
- ½  tbsp Oil
- 2 large Onions
- 1 Bay leaf (Tez patta)
- ½ tsp Black peppercorns (Sabat Kali Mirch)
- 2 large Tomato
- 6 Green chilies
- ¼ tsp Turmeric (Haldi)
- ½ tsp Red chili powder (Lal mirch powder)
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder (Dhania powder)
- ½ cup Low fat Yogurt (Dahi - low fat)
- Salt (to taste)
- 3 eggs (optional)

NOTE: Herbs and spices are used to add flavor to foods and they are extremely low in calories.
