Cherry Mango Lassi is all time favourite summer drink. Lassi provides you with bulk muscles, protein and healthy bones. Lassi   in your diet can do wonders to your digestive system.
Cheery Mango lassi, a rich filling drink made with honey, yogurt, cherry and Mango as main ingredients.
Make this fruity, creamy, refreshing Cherry Mango Lassi recipe in less than 15 minutes.
Since lassi is churned out of yogurt or dahi, it is said to be quite beneficial for our digestive system. It is light on the stomach and contains lactobacilli, healthy bacteria that lubricate the intestines and aid in smooth digestion. Prevents Stomach Problems Like Bloating Lassi is a healthy and natural remedy for stomach bloating.
Regular consumption of lassi can help promote the growth of healthy bacteria and reduce the growth of bad bacteria in your gut.  

Mango fruits offer some impressive health benefits. For example, vitamin K helps your blood clot effectively and helps prevent anemia. It also plays an important role in helping strengthen your bones.
Mangos are also rich in vitamin C, which is important for forming blood vessels and healthy collagen, as well as helping you heal.

INGREDIENTS:
a. Yogurt 1 Cup
b. Milk  1 Cup
c. Mango Sliced 1 Cup
d. Cherry De seeded 1 Cup
e. Cashew nuts  1 Cup ( Optional)
f. 2-4 tablespoons  Honey ( OR powdered sugar )
g. Elaichi Powder ( OR Saffron threads)
h. 2 tablespoons rose water ( Optional)
i. Mint Leaves(For Garnishing)
j. Pistachios pieces for garnishing
Step preparation :
Step 1
 Rinse, peel and chop 1 to 2 medium-sized mangoes.
 Wash fresh red cherries and then pat them dry. Once done, remove the seeds from them.
Step 2
 Place Cheery & Mango in a powerful blender jar and blend until smooth fine puree.
 Add handful of ice & blend the mixture.
 Blend in the lassi Whisk together the yogurt, Honey, Mango, Cherry, Milk Blend together mixtures in a processor until slightly frothy.

Step 3 Garnish with Mint leaves & Pistachios and serve chilled
