This video is about the confusing HITMAN World of Assassination steam page - which has varying contradictions, and multiple purchase options that are not easily explained. (sorry for fluctuation in mic volume, I don't know how my mic works)

Q: I already own Hitman 1 and 2. Can I download the launcher for free and play Hitman 1 and 2 through it?
A: I believe you must purchase HITMAN World of Assassination in order to play HITMAN 1 and HITMAN 2 levels through it. I believe you must purchase HITMAN World of Assassination in order to play HITMAN 1 and HITMAN 2 levels through it. You can not get it for free. Your previous HITMAN 1 and HITMAN 2 purchases do not carry over, instead HITMAN WoA acts as a new game that includes HITMAN 3 levels, with the previous (HITMAN 1 and HITMAN 2) levels integrated into it. HITMAN 1 and HITMAN 2 are no longer purchasable on Steam, however you can still play them if they are in your library.

Q: What is the difference when getting Hitman WOA and then getting the Hitman WOA Deluxe Pack?
A:The Deluxe Edition will mainly include 'The Sarajevo Six' and 'Seven Deadly Sins' DLC, which are new targets on the same maps from the HITMAN trilogy main story. The other third DLC on the store page ('HITMAN 3 Access Pass: HITMAN 2 Expansion Pass') will come with HITMAN WoA Standard Edition, as it appears in my library, and I didn't buy the Deluxe Edition. Purchasing the Deluxe Edition will give you access to all of HITMAN WoA's content.

Q: On hitman world of assassination, are hitman 1, 2 and 3 completed games, including all dlc pack in each games?
A: Purchasing 'HITMAN World of Assassination' will grant you access to all of HITMAN 1, HITMAN 2, and HITMAN 3 base missions. The only levels you will not receive are 'New York' and 'Maldives' from HITMAN 2. Other DLC (such as The Sarajevo Six, Seven Deadly Sins; these aren't new levels, but rather new targets on pre-existing missions) must be purchased from the 'Deluxe Edition' or bought separately as DLC.

Q: If I were to get the full World of Assassination or Deluxe Edition version of Hitman 3, would there be any reason to play through the other 2 games from their own download in Steam library, or would I play everything through this World of Assassination launcher?
A: They put all of the HITMAN 1, HITMAN 2 and HITMAN 3 levels into WoA. There is no need to even have the previous games installed. You can play any level using HITMAN World of Assassination.

Q: does the HITMAN World of Assassination contain Maldives and New York missions?
A: The Deluxe Edition DOES come with New York and Maldives (bank and island missions).
However if you get the standard WoA, you will not immediately receive those missions and instead you will have to purchase them separately as DLC (about $5 each)

Q: If I buy "HITMAN World of Assassination" will I get the full story from Hitman 1, 2 and 3 except the levels "New York "and "Maldives" from Hitman 2? If yes, are those 2 missing levels crucial to the story?
A: The answer is yes, but I would say those two missing levels are not crucial to the story. I believe they take place after the HITMAN 2 story but the plot still functions without them.
