Seven expelled ANC Mangaung councillors to appeal court's judgment

Seven expelled ANC Mangaung councillors say they intend to appeal the judgment of the High Court in Bloemfontein. The councillors were expelled from the ANC following the 26 June 2022 disciplinary hearing by the Free State ANC Interim Regional Disciplinary Committee. Last week, the court ruled in favour of the ANC to dismiss the councillors who, amongst other things, were accused of voting with the opposition in the council.
