Fallout New Vegas Ending NCR Complete Good [All Quests/Factions/Companions' Slides + Conditions]

All good factions' and companions' most positive outcomes after aiding the NCR throughout the game and siding with them at the end.  Evil factions got what they deserved.  Here's the list of conditions for all the slides (obviously, SPOILERS):

(1) Default intro slide
(2-NCR) NCR Victory at Hoover Dam
(3-Courier) Good Karma, Male, NCR Victory at Hoover Dam
(4-Black Mountain) Repair Rhonda at Black Mountain, Tabitha alive
(5-Raul) Rescue Raul, complete "Old School Ghoul", and convince him to take up his guns again, alive at endgame
(6-Boomers) Complete "Volare!" to win Boomers' loyalty, NCR Victory at Dam
(7-Brotherhood of Steel [BoS]) Do not overthrow Elder McNamara, complete his quest to join BoS, negotiate truce between NCR and BoS, NCR Victory at Dam
(8-Veronica) Complete "I Could Make You Care", convince her to stay in the BoS, negotiate BoS/NCR truce, alive at endgame
[note: people arguing that she should join the Followers results in a group of Followers dying in-game, possibly leading to future friction between the BoS and the Followers]
(9-Fiends) Kill Motor-Runner, Cook-Cook, Violet, and Driver Nephi - bunch of murdering rapists=dead
(10-Followers of the Apocalypse) Convince Julie Farkas to aid NCR prior to the final battle at the Dam, NCR Victory at the Dam, Julie alive at endgame
(11-Arcade) Complete "For Auld Lang Syne", convince Arcade to stay at Freeside to provide medical support, alive at endgame
(12-Goodsprings) Protect Goodsprings from the Powder Gangers, NCR Victory at Dam
(13-Cass) Complete "Heartache by the Number" peacefully, do NOT steal Gun Runner plans for Crimson Caravan (doing so gets Alice McLafferty and Gloria van Graff killed in the epilogue)
(14-Cass) NCR Victory at the Dam with Cass alive, play as a straight male Courier
(15-Great Khans) Convince the Great Khans to break their alliance with Caesar and to leave once the Battle of Hoover Dam begins, Caesar's Legion is defeated at Dam
(16-Jacobstown) Pass both Science and Speech checks while completing "Guess Who I Saw Today", resolving the conflict peacefully and not using Lily for experiments
(17-Lily) Complete (or not) Lily's unmarked quest, tell her to keep taking half-doses of her medicine, alive at endgame - chose this so she doesn't forget her grandchildren and last trace of her humanity.
(18-The Kings) Ease tensions between Kings/NCR, NCR Victory at the Dam, The King alive at endgame
(19-Rex) Cure Rex using Rey's brain from Old Lady Gibson during "Nothin' but a Hound Dog", alive at endgame
(20-Misfits) Follow Mags' or O'Harahan's advice to fix the Misfits, alive at endgame
(21-Novac) Launch the Bright Followers' rockets with improved trajectory, don't massacre the town, NCR Victory at the Dam
(22-Boone) Complete Boone's quest and choosing the first option at the end, alive at endgame
(23-Powder Gangers) Kill Eddie at the NCRCF, "I Fought the Law" was completed in my run, but not required - bunch of violent highway robbers=dead
(24-Vault 19 Powder Gangers) Destroy the sulfur deposits, go with Lem's plan to surrender - convicts with good sense to surrender=alive
(25-Primm) Install NCR as the sheriff of Primm, NCR Victory at the Dam
(26-ED-E) Complete ED-E's quest by bringing him to the Followers, alive at endgame, *the only ending slide that requires subtitles
(27-NCR Rangers) Kill Caesar, using this as leverage to convince Hanlon to stop his plan during "Return to Sender", Hanlon alive at endgame (no suicide)
(28-Remnants) Recruit the Remnants via "For Auld Lang Syne", tell them to side with NCR at the end, NCR Victory at the Dam, alive at endgame
(29) Default final slide.  War...war never changes.

Slides specific to only Mr. House, Caesar's Legion, and Yes Man replace slide #2 and #3 if they won at the Dam instead (and of course affecting the other groups' endings).  Your karma and gender affects #3.  Cass' ending is affected by your gender and her complete NCR ending is the longest, consisting of two slides and just over a minute long.

Despite the few bugs I experienced, an amazing game and a true sequel to Fallout 1 and 2.
