Basic secret injection for microservices on Kubernetes using Vault

In this video we're focusing on how to do basic secret injection by injecting a username and password from Vault into our application pods on Kubernetes automatically.
This is a step-by-step process where we:
1) Get a vault up and running + unsealed.
2) Enable Kubernetes Auth to allow Vault to authenticate with Kubernetes
3) Setup roles and policies for a selected service account
4) Deploy a Hello World application that opts in for automatic secret injection
