How To Preserve Basil - Pesto

With just a few ingredients and a food processor, we can easily preserve our basil leaves at the end of the season by making a smooth and creamy pesto! And, by scooping individual servings with an ice cream scoop onto a baking sheet, we can quick-freezing them and have fresh pesto pasta all winter long!
