How to use multiple phones in each room with VOIP phone and in-house wiring

Note: I can disconnect the wire because I am using cable internet,  I do not use any DSL internet or phone service.

your phone plugged into a phone jack on the wall won't work if you do not disconnect the physical connection to the phone company because there could be still voltage signal which disturbs the phone signal.
