This is a dynamic shooting
This is a dynamic shooting drill or "run and gun" that consists of different stages. At each stage you have to complete a different shooting task. This kind of drills are good for training marksmanship and dexterity under stress and higher hear rates.
Weapons used are modified Yugo AK - the Zastava M70 ab2 and a Sig Sauer P226.
