Red Chilli powder - 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric - A pinch
Coriander Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Ginger & Garlic paste - 1/4 Tsp
Oil/Butter - Optional
Egg Whites - 2
Whole Eggs - 2

* Use a non-stick pan.
