I have been looking for this pancake recipe for a long time and I can finally share it with you! This is a recipe for very tender and thin pancakes - I have not yet gotten such delicious pancakes.
Ingredients
Eggs - 2 pcs (+1 yolk)
Salt
Flour - 100 g
Sugar - 30 g
Warm milk - 250 ml
Butter (GHI butter) - 40 g
Recipe
Mix eggs with salt
Add sugar, stir
Add flour, stir
Connect, stir until smooth
Add warm milk, stir
Add melted butter or HCI butter
Mix
Bake in a well-heated skillet until golden brown
