The Midrash describing the death of Aaron, the high priest.

Midrash is biblical exegesis by ancient Jewish authorities, using a mode of interpretation prominent in the Talmud. The word itself means "textual interpretation", "study".

Vanessa Lovelace defines midrash as "a Jewish mode of interpretation that not only engages the words of the text, behind the text, and beyond the text, but also focuses on each letter, and the words left unsaid by each line."

The term is also used of a rabbinic work that interprets Scripture in that manner.  Such works contain early interpretations and commentaries on the Written Torah and Oral Torah, as well as non-legalistic rabbinic literature and occasionally Jewish religious laws (halakha), which usually form a running commentary on specific passages in the Hebrew Scripture (Tanakh).

Rav Dror is aware that souls from the Lost Tribes of Israel are scattered throughout the world and desire to return to their spiritual roots. These people are not born Jewish, because they are not from the Tribe of Judah who makes up the Jewish people of today. Rather, they are souls from the Ten Lost Tribes of Israel.  Rav Dror teaches that at the time of the Final Redemption when the true Messiah will be revealed to the world, all souls with roots in the Tribes of Israel will be rejoined to the Nation of Israel, and will join in building the Eternal Third Temple in Jerusalem.
