Make Stutter FX like Fabrication's "Dustpig" | How To Make an Exponential Pluck Stutter Effect!

There's a track on Beatport that I really like. It's called "Dustpig" by Fabrication. It has a stutter effect in the breakdown that is really cool. I figured out an easy way to  produce this impressive EDM effect in Xfer Record's Serum. If you're not sure what I'm talking about, go to Beatport and give it a listen.
