How to make HD Minecraft Skins 1.7 & 1.8+ - AUGUST 2017

Lately I've been getting a lot of questions about how I make my HD Skins for More Player Models. Today we're going to go over the basic steps about how to resize a standard 1.7 or 1.8+ skin to HD size, as well as the basic steps on how I organize my files. We also walk through the upload process and how to get it to work in game too!
