A beautiful commencement speech was delivered by Dr. S.K. Washim at the convocation ceremony held at Perm State Medical University. He was the guest of honor invited at the convocation ceremony held by Perm State Medical University to deliver a speech for the batch of 2017-2023. Many students of Indian origin who were graduating were present at the event.
