This is a new Tesla Turbine design that allows you to start under load. This is the first time a Tesla Turbine is shown being used for Air Craft engine use, creating potentially a new era in vehicle engine design, from helicopters to airplanes and boats. The idea was to make a design that functions and looks more like a standard turbine, with Tesla's boundary layer effect still being the main energy delivery force to the turbine at high RPM's and the start up force generated by the new staggered blade design.
