Chia Seed Porridge and Almond Milk Breakfast Recipe

Watch this Step-by-step alternative healthy breakfast recipe.

Ingredients

6tbsp chia Seeds
Vanilla Essence few drops
1 orange
Handfull Blueberries
Handful strawberries
Handful raspberries
2tbsp agave nectar
350ml almond milk/soy milk (organic)

Process

Mix the chia seeds and agave nectar
Add the almond milk and vanilla essence
Stir mixture thoroughly
Chill in the fridge (1hr at least - best to leave overnight)
Slice the strawberries
Remove mixture from the fridge and stir in the zest and juice of one orange
Decant mixture into a serving dish
Decorate with sliced strawberries and the rest of the berries
