Gamaku/Chinkuchi Punch

This may look like a standard (hip rotation) gyaku-zuki (reverse punch) but actually the waist stops pretty much square as the punch is delivered while locking the torso and back leg just as in Sanchin kata. The arm is loose and if you notice appears to travel 'through'.
