Goa Police give permanent relief to Pooja Sharma even as HC rejects her interim relief

The Goa Bench of the Bombay High Court rejected the interim relief petition of Assagao House Demolition accused Pooja Sharma. Despite the lower court rejecting her anticipatory bail and the High court rejecting her interim relief from arrest petition Goa police have not arrested her, despite 22 days having passed after the house demolition. The public prosecutor has argued that Pooja Sharma is part of the conspiracy and that it depends on the Goa Police to arrest her. So Why are they not arresting Pooja Sharma?
