7 months baby food recipe - 8 months baby breakfast recipe  - multigrain breakfast cereal for 7 - 8 months baby ( with 4 fruit flavours ) - breakfast recipe for 7 - 8 months baby

Multigrain Cereal breakfast recipe ( for 7+ and 8+ months baby )
Ingredients: ( for 7 & 8 months baby multigrain cereal )
 1 Cup - Rice
1 Cup - Wheat
2 Cups - Oats ( quick oats )

note: I used 'par-boiled ponni rice ' .. If you are not sure
of what rice to buy, buy organic white rice.

Cook the multigrain cereal ( for 7 and 8 months baby )
Ingredients: ( to cook multigrain cereal )
2 tbsp - multigrain cereal ( we just made )
3/4 cup - water
1 scoop - formula / baby milk powder ( optional - adds a creamy taste)

How much to serve:
Around 7 months, your baby may eat around 1/4 cup of food
Around 8 months, your baby may eat around 1/2 cup of food
