Today we're smoking four chicken thighs skin on bone in, in the pit boss vertical smoker pro series 4. Start off by trimming up a little of the extra fat and skin and then seasoning it with Nashville hot chicken style by Kroger brand and Kosmo Q's sweet honey pecan! Next I smoked it at 225 with competition blend pellets by pit boss for around 2 hours. Then I finished it off with a little butter on top covered with aluminum foil on the steam pan just to let it melt and soak up all that buttery goodness. Then it was time for a taste test and these things were juicy full of flavor and so easy. Thanks for watching, try it for yourself you won't regret it.
