🟢食材:
絞碎豬肉 150 克
嫩豆腐 1 盒
薑、蔥 適量
蠔油 1 茶匙
糖 1 茶匙
澱粉 1 湯匙
生抽、老抽、鹽、食油 適量

🟢做法:
1️⃣豬肉加薑蓉、少許鹽、1 茶匙蠔油、1 茶匙糖、少許老抽、1 湯匙澱粉和少許水,拌勻成餡料。
2️⃣滑豆腐切件,中間挖一個小洞,將餡料釀進豆腐裡。
3️⃣豆腐水滾下鍋,大火蒸 10 分鐘。
4️⃣出鍋撒上蔥花,淋上熱油和生抽即可。      

🟢Ingredients:
Minced pork - 150g
Soft tofu - 1 box
Ginger - as needed
Spring onions - as needed
Oyster sauce - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
Light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, cooking oil - as needed

🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Mix minced pork with ginger, a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, a dash of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, and a little water to make the filling.
2️⃣ Cut the soft tofu into big cubes and make a small hole in the middle of each cube. Stuff the tofu cube with the filling.
3️⃣ Put the stuffed tofu in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes over high heat.
4️⃣ Sprinkle with spring onions, and drizzle with hot oil and soy sauce before serving.
