Join me on the 5th and final day of my thru-hike on the Trans Catalina Trail. From stunning ocean views to challenging terrain, this adventure on Catalina Island had it all.
Now that I'm done thru-hiking the Trans Catalina Trail it's a bittersweet day. I'm booking it from Parsons Landing to Two Harbors to catch the ferry back to San Pedro. The coastal road offers stunning views in the early morning light that make me want to sit and savor these last moments on the trail.
Backpacking on Catalina Island was an amazing experience. Even though I took my time backpacking the TCT, I can't help feeling my adventure ended too soon. I wish I had a little more time to explore the island. Maybe next time.
Whether you're an experienced hiker or new to thru-hiking, the Trans Catalina Trail on Catalina Island is a must-do adventure!
