Baby stretches for head turn preference

Some babies hold tension in their bodies. They may prefer to turn their head in one direction or have difficulties with tummy time. Here are some gentle exercises to help. If you don’t notice a difference within 1-2 weeks or you don’t feel comfortable, have your baby evaluated by a pediatric physical or occupational therapist.
