EPIC 18,000 CALORIE CHEAT DAY Before a Diet

Oh my god guys, this was a very good day. This was my FINAL CHEAT DAY before starting my cutting diet before my trip to Bali.

At the end of my bulk, I was very happy to start the summer shredding diet but I had to finish off my bulk with a high calorie cheat day, full of all my favourite foods and treats.

I started the day off with a massive cereal bowl, with a combination of coco pop choco shells and Cinnabon cereal from Canada. This was followed by some of my infamous cheat day crumpet stacks, 75 pieces of sushi, pancakes and more!
