LYCHEE LEMONADE
Ingredients
For one portion
2-3 lychees, peeled and deseeded
3-4 fresh mint leaves
Juice of ½ lemon
Ice cubes as required
1 lemon slice
1 tablespoon sugar syrup
½ cup drinking soda water
Method
1. Combine lychees, 5-6 mint leaves and lemon juice in a jar and lightly muddle.
2. Put some muddled lychee mixture in a serving glass. Add few ice cubes, lemon slice, sugar syrup and drinking soda water and stir.
3. Serve chilled.
