Finding an Art Studio in Seoul & How to find your ideal creative space

How do you find the perfect art studio, and what should you think about before you start the search? I recently opened a studio of my own in Seoul! It's a space I opened with a lot of love and care with my husband, who is a photographer. We print zines, books, and prints for ourselves and others there at Polite Company Press.
