Ingredients
Grated paneer - 250 grams
Peas - 50 grams
Grated carrot - 25 grams
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Chopped green chillies - 2
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Chopped coriander - 2 tablespoons
Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Besan - 100 grams
Cooking oil - 250 ml

Cooking oil - 2 teaspoons
Cinnamon - 2
Star anise - 2
Black cardamom - 1
Cardamom - 2
Bay leaves - 2
Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Blended onion - 2 mid sized
Chopped green chilli - 2
Blended tomato - 2 mid sized
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped coriander - 2 tablespoons
Water - 250 ml
Fresh cream - 100 grams

Preparation
In large mixing bowl add grated paneer, peas, grated carrot, ginger garlic paste, chopped green chillies, salt, coriander powder, chopped coriander, chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and besan.
Mix well and roll out portions into mid - small sized balls/koftas.
Deep fry till golden brown. Keep aside.
In a kadhai add oil, cinnamon, star anise, black cardamom, cardamom, bay leaves, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, blended onion, chopped green chillies. Cook for 10 minutes with the kadhai covered.
Add blended tomato, salt, coriander powder, chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, and chopped coriander. Mix well.
Add water, mix well and add the koftas. Add fresh cream and mix gently. Cook for 10 minutes with the kadhai covered.
