How to Write a Research Prospectus

Several viewers have asked for a video about how to write a research prospectus, which is a description of research to be conducted, typically by a graduate student. The prospectus is usually the first written document that a student shares with their advisor and graduate committee. Thus, it’s important to prepare a well thought out research plan. In this video, I explain what is generally expected in a research prospectus and describe a typical format.
