Ryobi Lithium+ HP Compare & Repair (P191, P192, P193, P194, P195)

Cell Configuration, Reset Instructions, Full Board Swap. These "Lithium+ HP" Battery packs are different from the ones before them, and there isn't as much info out there. I've refurbished and repaired a few now, so here is all that I've learned. Note that "Lithium+ HP" is not the same as "Lithium+" nor "ONE+ HP"!
