Deaths in Muzaffarnagar, carnival for Akhilesh Yadav

A number of children have died in the relief camps in Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh where thousands of victims of the September communal violence are still braving bitter cold, hoping to get back to their lives. While on the other hand, Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav is hosting a 14-day carnival in his native village, Saifai, in Etawah district, that began on December 26.
