After eating a delicious lunch, many of us tend to fall into a slight afternoon stupor. So in order to avoid sleep what we can do is Avoid drinking water immediately after meals. Have water after half an hour.
If it is possible, take walk about 10-15 minutes and avoid sitting for a long after lunch..
