At the Caspian Policy Center’s 7th Trans-Caspian Forum on May 25, 2023, at the National Press Club in Washington, DC, Laura Lochman, the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Energy Diplomacy under the Bureau of Energy Resources at the U.S. Department of State highlighted the Caspian Region’s role in global energy diversification efforts and in the clean energy transition.
