A Mysterious Mudlarking Find on a Secret Beach has left me wanting to know MORE! Can you help?

Is there enough information on this find for us to find out exactly who owned it?  My favourite kind of mudlarking find is one which I can link back to a person or a place. This find has a name on it!!  And it also has some other info.  The challenge is on to find out who it belonged to. Can you help?!

In April I was lucky enough to search a beautiful secret location near Holland with my mud buddies ‪@Sifinds‬ and ‪@MudBagger406406406‬ .  We had a wonderful time and found some beautiful treasures.
