Three-Colored Shrimp
Ingredients:
1 pack of shrimp
40g of red bell pepper slices
40g of yellow bell pepper slices
40g of green bell pepper slices
40g of onion slices
15g of minced garlic
A little water
Seasoning:
1/4 teaspoon of salt
A little sugar
A little white pepper powder
A little rice wine
Marinade:
A little salt
A little rice wine
1 egg white
A little cornstarch
Instructions:

   Heat the pan with oil and stir-fry the marinated shrimp until they change color, then remove them from the pan (just stir-fry them briefly and remove them to maintain their freshness and tenderness).
   Stir-fry minced garlic and onion slices until fragrant, add three-colored bell pepper slices and stir-fry, then add a little water and continue stir-frying.
   Finally, add all the seasoning ingredients and stir-fry evenly.

Creamy Buttered Shrimp

Ingredients:
1 pack of shrimp
Butter, as needed
15g minced garlic
Seasoning:
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper
A pinch of dried parsley
Instructions:

   Heat a pan with a little oil and fry the marinated shrimp until both sides are browned.
   Add butter and minced garlic, and fry until the butter is melted and the shrimp is slightly reduced.
   Finally, sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and dried parsley for seasoning.

Salt and Pepper Shrimp

Ingredients:
1 pack of shrimp
1 egg yolk
Sweet potato starch (enough to coat the shrimp)
10g chopped scallions
10g minced garlic
10g chili powder

Seasonings:
Salt
White pepper powder

Directions:

   Mix the marinated shrimp with 1 egg yolk.
   Coat the shrimp with sweet potato starch.
   Heat oil in a pan and fry the shrimp until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oil.
   In the same pan, stir-fry the chopped scallions, minced garlic, and chili powder until fragrant. Add the fried shrimp and stir-fry briefly. Season with salt and white pepper powder, and mix well.

Sour and Spicy Shrimp Salad

Ingredients:
1 pack of shrimp
40g cucumber slices
50g diced tomatoes
50g sliced onions
10g minced garlic
10g chopped cilantro
10g diced chili
a few slices of lemon

Seasoning:
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions:

   Prepare a large bowl and mix all the ingredients and seasoning together.
   Stir until everything is well combined.

Steamed Egg with Shrimp

Ingredients:

   Shrimp, as needed
   3 eggs
   200 ml water
   Marinade:
   Salt, a little
   White pepper, a little
   Scallion, a little
   Ginger, a little
   Seasoning:
   1/4 teaspoon salt
   White pepper, a little
   1 tablespoon rice wine

Instructions:

   Devein and butterfly the shrimp, then marinate them with the marinade ingredients.
   Beat the eggs in a bowl, mix with water, and strain the mixture.
   Mix the seasoning ingredients into the egg mixture.
   Pour the egg mixture into a container until it is about 70% full, and add the shrimp.
   Add a cup of water to the outer pot of an electric rice cooker, and put the container in the pot. Place toothpicks around the edge of the container and cover the pot with a lid.
   Steam for 10 minutes until the egg mixture slightly solidifies. Remove the lid and add the remaining shrimp on top of the egg mixture. Cover the pot again and continue to steam until the switch pops up (2-3 minutes). Serve.

Dried Cabbage and Shrimp Soup

Ingredients:

   200g shrimp
   25g dried cabbage
   Some chopped scallions
   600mL water
   A pinch of white pepper powder
   A dash of sesame oil

Directions:

   Peel and devein the shrimp. Marinate with some salt and rinse with hot water.
   Bring the water to a boil, add the shrimp and let it come to a boil again. Add the dried cabbage and turn off the heat.
   Add a pinch of white pepper powder and a dash of sesame oil for seasoning. Serve with chopped scallions on top.
