Pokémon Platinum Hardcore Nuzlocke - Worst Possible Encounters!

Hardcore Nuzlockes are really popular
Hardcore Nuzlockes are really popular right now, so I decided to try one using the worst possible encounters in each wild area. I definitely made this run way more complicated than it needed to be, but I hope you still enjoy the video!

Regular Hardcore Rules:
1. No items in battle.
2. No leveling past upcoming Gym Leader's highest level Pokemon.
3. Battle mode must be "Set".
RUN SPECIFIC RULES:
1. You can only capture the worst Pokemon available in an area. This is determined by comparing the placements of the highest obtainable(so no trade evolutions) evolution stages of each Pokemon in the area on the tier list linked below this set of rules. This tier list, created by content creator Pokemon Challenges, ranks Pokemon based on how good they are in a Nuzlocke (averaged across ALL games).
2. If an A tier or S tier is the worst Pokemon in an area, then you cannot capture any Pokemon there. Additionally, static and gift encounters, such as the starters or Giratina, are banned.
3. Pokemon from a certain species may only be used once the entire duration of the run. Say I catch a Wurmple and it faints. Even if Wurmple is the worst encounter on a different route, I will not be able to catch it. This is basically species clause that applies to dead Pokemon as well.
4. Say a Pokemon is the worst on multiple routes, and I catch one on the first route. Instead of the encounters on the other routes turning into the next worst Pokemon, like how Species/Dupes Clause would normally dictate, I will simply lose those encounters.
5. No fishing/surfing encounters unless an area is entirely made up of water. This stops a majority of the encounters from becoming water type, and makes it easier for me to keep track of my encounters(which I don't do that well anyways).
