This video shows the completion of the Escalation listed in the title.
You'll want to bring some Coins and the Lock Pick along.
Starting location is the only one available.
Level 3 gives you a Safe to break into in the ceramic shop (shoe shop where the underground tunnel is in regular Marrakesh) as well as some new objectives for your other targets. You have to kill the Fortune teller while dressed as a Bodyguard, and the Bodyguard in the Shisha Cafe with the Circumcision Knife.
