Excerpts from a documentary film explaining why and how 24 accused Nazi war criminals will soon be tried in Nuremberg, Germany by the Allied powers (the United States, the United Kingdom, the Soviet Union, and France). Includes remarks by Justice Robert H. Jackson, U.S. Chief of Counsel, and the August 1945 signing of the London Agreement creating the International Military Tribunal.  Others content:  Vikdun Quisling; Kharkov trial; Brig. Gen. John M. Weir (JAG); Gen. William J. Donovan (OSS); Adolf Hitler and other Nazi leaders; San Francisco conference creating the United Nations (June 1945); Edward Stettinius; Vyacheslav Molotov.  This film played in the United States theatres during October 1945. Produced by the OSS Field Photographic Branch under the direction of Lt. Ray Kellogg (USNR). Released by the War Activities Committee of the U.S. motion picture industry for the office of War Information.
