Make a plaster of Paris tile, as shown in the star sign plaque video: Make & Sculpt A Star Sign Plaque and use the plaster of Paris tile to engrave a Celtic design into the plaster of Paris plaque. Once finished, the plaque is ready for molding and casting with concrete, or other materials.
