How to Apply for Transcript of Tribhuvan University, TU Office of the Controller of Examinations.

I went there to apply
I went there to apply for my master's transcript certificate.
The process for the semester system student is
Required Documents.
1. TU Registration card
2. Copy of marksheet of all semesters.
3. Application form which is available there.
4. Voutcher of Nrs. 550/- to either Global IME bank or Nepal Bank which is located there.
Some Steps are as follow :
First Step. Fill up application form.
Step 2. Go in bank to pay and verify payment with application form (bank staff will do it).
Step 3: Go to relative room no.my is BIM so I went to Room No. 19.
Step 4. Submit your document and get date stamped on your voucher (paid slip).
Thats all you do for transcript.
Similarly, process is same for yearly students too.
Note that the process of inter level old studets and bachelor level also the same procure to take any transcript from TU Balkhu office.
Important: Go with a friend it will be help because you have to stay in long line to wait your turn.
