EmguCV # 79 Object detection using Mask R-CNN and EmguCV

This tutorial shows how to perform Object detection using Mask R-CNN and EmguCV. The code is written using EmguCV 4.5.1 with C# in .Net 5. The project is created using Windows Forms Application.
