How Good Is Your Logic?

Today's puzzle is just so elegant and it's by the compiler Ahaupt.  We'd give this 6/10 for difficulty so it's approachable if you're new to sudoku variants:

Rules:  Normal sudoku rules apply. Each number corresponds to a high-rise building of the appropriate height. If an arrow is shown in a cell, the number indicates how many high-rise buildings can be seen in this direction (from the ground). Here is a link to the latest round of the World Sudoku Grand Prix.  The next round of which takes place next weekend.  In the video I mention this is the German round, it is actually the German and Dutch round (which explains why Richard Stolk and Arvid Baars have contributed puzzles).  Apologies for this error.  The other two setters are Christoph Seeliger and Jonas Gleim.  So this contest's puzzles will be of an extremely high standard.
